Firstly I have like 9 days before I return home :0 and that's when I am going to weigh myself for the first time in like a month and a week! so nervous, so I am going to do a 9 day liquid fast and intergrated into it I will do a day or so of water fasting every 2 or 3 days. Plus I'm doing random abs everyday (http://randomabs.com/) great website :] and kickboxing every thursday plus running on days I don't work and I'm hoping that when I weigh myself I am 110 lbs. or else I will drown myself in dissapointment and shame :[ Also my hair is falling out. A lot. Very, very bad D: I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow for my cough so I will mention my hair loss and possibly get some blood work done so I know what vitamins and minerals I need to buy (I am pretty sure the hair falling out is caused by a deficiency or worst case scenario: an underactive thyroid which can be causedby drastic diet changes ie going from cows milk to soy milk suddenly).
Also my goal is to be 100 lbs by Halloween (Oct.31st) and 95 lbs. by Dec. 2nd .
I will be so happy once I reach 95 lbs :] but my UGW is 86 lbs ♥
So exercise, exercise, study, study, study, work, work, work.

Procrastination, grocery shopping and fasting.
So my fast today was a success! and because when I have work to do I tend to procrastinate I went grocery shopping and bought vegan ground meat, fettucini, spaghetti sauce and bruschetta sauce and it looks soo yummy that I almost gave in and was gonna have a teaspoon of the bruschetta to try. But I was strict and said no. No means no and I am so proud of myself :"] like legit so proud ♥
And I told myself if I fasted until Sunday I would make myself a bruschetta sandwich (bruschetta on one onion bun) after I come back from church (gotta find a church to go to first) yumm :]
Also I always get days mixed up in my head and I thought yesterday (tuesday) was wednesday so I actually did not fast tuesday at 3 pm but just started today :] and I just had to rewrite that sentence because I thought it was thursday today, oh my I get soo mixed up with days :S
I stretched this morning but did not do my evening exercises, but I was good today, oh so good and fasted ♥

So tumblr♥
so not sure if I mentioned it in July before I left for Europe, but I got tumblr and today, well just now I got a second tumblr. This second one is under the same name as this one is but I will still regularly update this blog too so don't worry :] and I know there's an "unspoken" rule of tumblr which is don't talk about it, but whatevas. Sometimes people annoy me, a lot.
So the title to this post kind of hints that my post will be a mini rant. So it's always the little things that up that just slowly get you more and more irritated, nothing big just small things like I had wanted to re paint the window in our floor lobby but had to wait for other people who wanted to re do it and than after like 3 weeks of waiting 3 other girls re painted it themselves. Which is fine cause it was about time for it to be repainted but it's just the fact I had wanted to do it first like I could have done it with them if I had done it with them. And there's this guy on my floor who I always butt heads with, like he is so authoritive and it's like he has this charade about him. He always tries to act mature and responsible, apologizes for everything and tries to put on this act that he helps others even though no one asks for his help and it is so obvious it's for show it makes my stomach turn. I won't lie he kind of scares me, like when he gets mad, he gets mad and all in your face and is always telling you what you should do and he just always gets on my nerves cause like he used to always joke around with me and than I started joking around with him and he got mad and said if I make fun of him he'll totally rip on me and like there is more to the story but that's the short version. And ya he came over the next day with an apology card and said sorry but I dunno something just does not sit right with me when he's around. Anyways just needed to rant a bit. Also started fasting today at 3pm (cause you can start a fast anytime of the day and it motivates you after a binge), and I will be fasting until Saturday at 3pm :] so happy.
Plus running today again (I have started running with a friend and I must say I have improved soo much :'} ) and tomorrow I'm working so I'm on my feet all day and thursday I think I'll join kickboxing :] also I'm gonna buy myself a bathroom scale next week and I'll weigh myself next friday, September 30th, 2011. I have to fast and workout cause I'm scared of what the scale will say :S also I have started putting body lotion on everyday and repainting my nails before the nail polish starts looking bad, I have been trying to take better care of myself. Also I have not been on PT in forever and I know there is only 11 days left of September but I am going to start my Mission September today. So three goals :

13 days ....
so in the title I'm refering to the last time I got my period, it was 13 days ago and I got it again yesterday...can I just say FML to my irregularity? so much pain and unhappiness.
Also starting today (since it's past midnight) a new plan of action will take place since I eat on my periods like a lot, and so I have eaten a lot yesterday and the day before.
So plan for the next week will not be a fast since I end up binging as of late, so I will be having instead a maximum number of calories I can eat each day.
So today September 15th, 2011 - 600 cal
September 16th, 2011 - 300 cal
September 17th, 2011 - 400 cal
September 18th, 2011 - 500 cal
:] and btw I got nominated and picked as the floor events rep. ♥ I feel so loved. and here is some [th]inspirations (which btw I finally figured out how to transfer my pictures from my ipod touch onto my laptop and I have over 5000 thinspo pics♥)
