Sometimes people annoy me, a lot.

So the title to this post kind of hints that my post will be a mini rant.  So it's always the little things that up that just slowly get you more and more irritated, nothing big just small things like I had wanted to re paint the window in our floor lobby but had to wait for other people who wanted to re do it and than after like 3 weeks of waiting 3 other girls re painted it themselves.  Which is fine cause it was about time for it to be repainted but it's just the fact I had wanted to do it first like I could have done it with them if I had done it with them. And there's this guy on my floor who I always butt heads with, like he is so authoritive and it's like he has this charade about him.  He always tries to act mature and responsible, apologizes for everything and tries to put on this act that he helps others even though no one asks for his help and it is so obvious it's for show it makes my stomach turn.  I won't lie he kind of scares me, like when he gets mad, he gets mad and all in your face and is always telling you what you should do and he just always gets on my nerves cause like he used to always joke around with me and than I started joking around with him and he got mad and said if I make fun of him he'll totally rip on me and like there is more to the story but that's the short version. And ya  he came over the next day with an apology card and said sorry but I dunno something just does not sit right with me when he's around.  Anyways just needed to rant a bit.  Also started fasting today at 3pm (cause you can start a fast anytime of the day and it motivates you after a binge), and I will be fasting until Saturday at 3pm :] so happy.

Plus running today again (I have started running with a friend and I must say I have improved soo much :'}  ) and tomorrow I'm working so I'm on my feet all day and thursday I think I'll join kickboxing :] also I'm gonna buy myself a bathroom scale next week and I'll weigh myself next friday, September 30th, 2011.  I have to fast and workout cause I'm scared of what the scale will say :S also I have started putting body lotion on everyday and repainting my nails before the nail polish starts looking bad, I have been trying to take better care of myself.  Also I have not been on PT in forever and I know there is only 11 days left of September but I am going to start my Mission September today. So three goals :

  • Go running at least 9 days out of the 11 days left of September.
  • Do 2 three day fasts.
  • Do morning stretches and evening workouts (crunches and squats).

GW by Thanksgiving weekend, September 7th, 2011: 108 lbs
