not a good day....

So I binged, went for a run, binged, drank than binged again, than made myself throw up a bit, but it wasn't a lot and for some reason it just makes me cough a lot(?).  Anyways for sure fasting tomorrow no matter what, although today also seemed promising and it wasn't :-/

So ya thought I'd share, also knitting a new scarf and decided I won't buy a scale until I finish it (which should be in the next 2-3 weeks :] ).


Also plan for tomorrow:

  • Wake up by 7:00am
  • Class 8:00-10:00 am
  • Do crunches (32x2) and squats (48x3)
  • E-mail bro about texts
  • Class 11:00am -12:00pm
  • Go to greenhouse thing near rez and read or draw or knit (something productive)
  • Clean up room a bit
  • Class 2:00 -3:00pm
  • Dragonette on the Island 3:30 ish - 11 ish?
  • Go for a 20 min run
Plan for saturday:
  • Wake up by 11:00 am
  • Do crunches (32x3) and squats (48x3)
  • Read the Philosophy book
  • Go for a 20 min run
  • Organize room
  • Do laundry
  • Go to greenhouse
  • Type up notes for class and print them off with slides
  • Crunches (32x2)
And both days are fasting days.
