So for the first time in my life I made sushi today and it actually turned out really good ( once my computers fixed I'll upload some pictures )and I ended up eating loads of it and I am soo full, we are out of milk of magnesium and I don't have a darn clue where in the world my laxatives are :/ Also semi formal dance is this Friday :0! Ahh I have to fast this week I really need to be below 115 lbs for semi, my goal was 110 lbs but that might be unrealistic now so I'm aiming for at least 114 lb and I haven't a clue as to what I weigh because I haven't weighed since Thursday or Friday and I'm only going to weigh in Tuesday evening.
My 4 day extreme packed super strategy plan:
- Monday : 4 pieces of sushi, one cup of milk, one apple
Do 37 crubches x 5 reps, walk home for lunch, do 153 jumping jacks.
- Tuesday : 4 pieces of sushi ( I cooked a lot of sticky rice lol)
Go to the gym and do Zumba, do 15 min eleptical and 37 crunches x 2 reps and 23 sit ups x 3 reps.
- Wednesday : apple
Go home for lunch ( walking 15 min there and back :] ), 37 crunches x 2 reps and 200 jumping jacks.
WEIGH IN !
- Thursday : fast
Go home for lunch, 132 jumping jacks, 37 crunches x 3 reps.
Good plan) Good luck)) I can't eat so little, unfortunately:(( But I hate when I'm full
