Well these last few days I have been binging, sad yes but I have been binging on stuff like whole bran cereals with bananas and apples and trail mix bars which totally empties me out once or twice a day (sorry for the tmi ^_^). Anyways plans for this week are as follows:
Saturday : water fast
Sunday: Liquid fast (500 calories in liquids alowed)
Monday: Water fast
Tuesday: Apple, and bran cereal
Wednesday: bran cereal
Thursday: water fast
Friday: Liquid fast (400 calories) Weigh in :]
