Healthy, conrtoled and feeling great

So this month I have decided to go carb, sugar and meat free.  So no junk food, fast food, breads, pastas, canned goods, sweets etc and although it's hard I am feeling a difference.   I feel more energized, and in control,  I don't feel all over the place (which I did when I restricted or fasted because it would end up in a binge) and I think this really is the diet for me, maybe not forever but it's a good starting point.  And it's not so unhealthy that I would get really sick, so I can actually live my life with this diet, lose weight and feel in power :]  I just hope it lasts...
Also I decided to let my mother know I was going on this diet and I told her and let her know that I am serious about it.  Well today I asked her to bring me some fruits when she comes to pick me up because I woke up late and didn't have time to pack anything to eat and than I'm going to the mall with friends.  Well she did pack me some fruits but she also packed me a bagel with cream cheese,  so I told her I can't eat the bagel because it goes against my diet, and she said that I'm too young to be on diets but she saw I was serious and we compromised.  I told her I would eat half (yeah right :P  I will just give it to one of my friends) and I won't eat at the mall because everything is fast food, candy or junk food loaded with carbs, fats and sodium, no thank you.  
And I'm not planning to stay that long at the mall anyways,  anywho I have started cooking again and I'm going to attempt to make this "bread" thingy (called black sesame sunflower bread) out of flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds (it's in this living foods cook book) it looks really good despite the ingredients and is healthy.   That's a picture of the bread below :]



Also I like the idea of being on a "healthy" diet or just diet in general because than u have a concrete reason why you don't want to eat certain foods.
