A great start but grocery shopping must be done :]

So far so good I have stuck to my diet which let me tell u isnt easy when your fridge is packed with meats breads jams etc. Literally in the past 6 days of my diet I have probably eaten more eggs than I have in a year and for once I am meeting my fruit and vegetable servings ( I ate 3 apples and 3 bananas today and I dot even really like bananas).

On friday I need to do some grocery shopping ( actually I won't have time until Sunday) and I will make sushi because I realized sushi can be incorporated into my diet :D so here's a list of food I am planning to buy:



• dried seaweed

• zucchini

• spinach

• red onion

• beansprouts

• TOFU!!!

• wild rice

• bell peppers

• oranges

• yams


Hmm I'm going to make some yummy stuff ;] oh and I dropped back down to 116 lb again :D
