Day 1 Inspirations


So I will try my very bestest to put some inspirational pictures up every day of my 14 day challenge and if my challenge is a success I shall post before and after pictures of me in the jeans.  Tomorrow is a fast, water only,  and monday will be a fast (I shall only drink one protein shake).   I'm aiming for a 3 day fast but my I'm not working monday and tuesday  and like I stated in previous posts, my mother is super observant (most of the time anyways), so we will see if I can sneak in a third day of fasting.  

Tomorrow (Day 2) morning I will do: 32 crunches x 3
                                           12 side crunches x 3

After work I will :       walk/jog my dog around the block once or twice...
                                  32 crunches x 2
                                  12 side crunches x 3
                                   23 sit ups x 2
                                  
On monday (Day 3):
                      walk dog around block twice
                      32 crunches x 2
                      12 side crunches x 2
                       walk to the gym (weather permitting)
                      Salsa fitness class
                      15 minute elliptical
